Junk Email Current Blocking Action List of Banned Sites

A few individual addresses are blocked from time to time as a result of technical problems or misuse, but this action is rare and only affects a small number of addresses. The opt out will not allow email from these addresses to be delivered. If there are problems in this area, please contact the IT Service Desk.
